Outage due to changes by service provider

More downtime for resor.com in January. Changes by my long-term service provider to discontinue the static IP service I have used since 1997 caused the site to be unavailable form 3-Jan-2006 to 16-Jan-2006.
I will continune to use the same dial-up service provider for now, with an additional dynamic DNS service offered by another provider. However, I am thinking about more changes to make reasor.com more available and faster. Just need to find the time to set things up.
